Is artificial turf safe for dogs?
Yes. Pet turf like Vista Pet N' Play drains urine and rain through the backing quickly, and FreshGuard antimicrobial protection is built into select products to fight odor. Rinse pet areas regularly.
Does artificial grass get hot in Florida?
Any turf gets warm in direct summer sun. Lighter infill, a quick rinse with a hose and shade help. DuraBlade yarn is built for better heat resistance.
Will it drain during heavy rain?
Yes, when installed over a properly compacted base. Our turf drains from about 35 to over 300 inches per hour depending on the product.
Will my HOA approve artificial turf?
Many South Florida HOAs allow it with approval. Nature's Choice 131 is designed to meet HOA-preferred looks. We can provide spec sheets and warranty documents for your application.
Can I install it myself?
